FINA in front of The Neighborhood Playhouse

only when I create I am fully and deeply alive

it's a deep dive into my writing, dancing, acting, singing, playing, painting, photographing, filming -

honoring those interconnections i'm in constant search to find expression and capture my journey through life

FINA is an independent artist and performer, born and raised on the German country side, currently living in New York City. She is heavily influenced by her versatile background: Growing up as part of a multigenerational family business rooted in agriculture, studying the human mind and body (health science) theoretically in university, later on applying that knowledge practically she pursued to train her instrument in acting programs at the Copenhagen Film and Theater School (Denmark) and The Neighborhood Playhouse (USA).

Her deep urge to create holds curiosity and passion about every step of the process - behind or in front of the curtain/ lens.

FINA's work comes mostly from an autobiographical source, documenting her "awakening", a journey of healing and self discovery, working through trauma towards gaining awareness of herself and the world around her. Translating from a personal journey through these universal interdisciplinary languages of expression her mission is to advocate for humanity, equality and care for the environment.

Currently she is working on "dancing grief", processing recent and old losses through 5 stages, documented in movement, poetry and music.

Her previous work ranges from international musical production, local theatre group productions to film/tv and commercial work. She is deeply devoted to her art and the freedom she receives to do and be anything and everything.
